It's crucial to thoroughly inspect the technical condition of a used automobile before purchase, but its legal cleanliness is equally important. The legal cleanliness of an automobile makes life easier for the buyer.
An automobile owner may wish to sell the vehicle at an inflated price and, therefore, typically conceals any issues the automobile may have. YPX databases may not react if the vehicle is stolen, leaving the risk of participation in a criminal offense by using the vehicle for several months. If the fact of theft is discovered after the buyer registers the vehicle, proving that the theft check was forgotten and not participating in the theft and concealment of the vehicle will require significant effort over a long period.
